Did you know that in the song Madmoiselle Nobs on the Live At Pompeii DVD, Richard Wright’s greyhound can be heard howling? Did you know that the shadows reflected in the pupils of the giant eyes on the Pulse DVD cover belong to photographers Rupert Truman and Dan Abbott, colleagues of Storm Thorgerson? Did you know that there are several shots of David Gilmoure’s wife Polly Samson and their two sons in the footage of the last Pink Floyd gig?

Snowy White - guitar solo on the US 8 track version.

note:

Unjustly somewhat forgotten and unrecognized Pink Floyd album, which reflects Waters' growing feelings of alienation and pressure.
The album was the first and very important step to his most celebrated album – The Wall.
The 8T released in America featured the songs Pigs on the Wing part 1 and 2, linked together by a guitar solo recorded by Snowy White, who would later be part of the “ surrogate band" at the 1980 The Wall concerts.  Back
