Did you know that in 1974, PF were preparing album called "Household Object" the only instruments should be ordinary home objects (scotch tape, bucket, cutlery...). They made 3 songs, but they were released during the "Why Pink Floyd" campaign in 2011. Did you know that the voice at the end of the Dark Side Of The Moon album belongs to Abbey Road studios’ then doorman Jerry Driscoll? Did you know that in the beginning of The Wall movie, Pink’s father can be seen lighting up a Meva kerosene lamp made in Czechoslovakia?

The last Rick Wright solo album, according to many the best by all measures. (In various polls it has placed on the top as the best solo album by a Pink Floyd member). It sounds like a typical Pink Floyd album, from the opening instrumental song, that smoothly changes into another track, an element typical of albums such as A Momentary Lapse Of Reason or The Division Bell , to the optimistic conclusion. The overall atmosphere reflects loneliness, much like Dark Side Of The Moon or Wish You Were Here . The lyrics were inspired by Rick's girfriend's depression.  Back
